CP&A has the experience and capabilities to design and deal with ongoing planning and maintenance of large facilities.   They understand what is required to keep these communities up-to-date and running smoothly.   To the contrary, the person often responsible for these sprawling facilities does not possess the knowledge or have a good feel for what they have and the attention required.   Currently, CP&A provides Facilities Planning & Design for Hallmark Cards in Kansas City , Missouri , and has done so for more than 20 years.   Like so many other aspects, this process requires relentless research and analysis including a thorough inventory of all properties to gain an in depth understanding how they relate to each other, internally and externally.   This necessary step provides years of continued use and insures a sustainable fixture within the community.
